Founded in 1994, the CSCA faculty includes highly respected, experienced chefs who help turn out confident and successful graduates. We are one of a handful of culinary schools in America to partner with the internationally renowned Le Cordon Bleu - one of the leading authorities on culinary techniques, training, and development for over a century. CSCA offers the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme through three different programs: An Associate of Occupational Studies Degree Program in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, a Diploma Program in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management, and a a Diploma Program in Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking.

Our school is located in one of the most dynamic areas of the country-Los Angeles. It's a multi-cultural, creative landscape that's produced nearly as many culinary trends as hit movies. Our Pasadena Campus, located in the historic Playhouse District, is only 20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles and is the center of the School.
